How our service works
This site is not a washroom contractor. It is a small, free service that helps schools, academies and trusts across the UK find a firm to refurbish pupil and staff toilets, and this page explains exactly how.
Fill in the form
Where the school is, what the toilets need, roughly how many WCs, your funding route and works window, and the best way to reach you.
We look for a washroom contractor
We find one who covers your area and does the kind of work you described.
We name them to you
Normally within one working day. You say whether you are happy for us to pass on your details. Nothing goes anywhere until you do.
Site visit and fixed price
They look at the site and price the job. Whether to go ahead is up to you, and any contract is with them, not us.
Who we are not
We have no connection with any company that trades under a name like ours. We do not survey, build, install or sell anything ourselves.
What we will never do
- Take money from you, or ask for a deposit.
- Pass your details to a firm before you agree, or to more than the one firm we name.
- Quote a price for your job. Only the firm can do that, after seeing the site.
- Add you to a mailing list.
How the service is paid for
The firm pays us a fee for each introduction. You pay nothing to us, whether or not you go ahead.
About our prices and guides
The budget figures on this site come from published council contract awards and contractors' published prices, and each page says where they come from. They help you set a budget or a bid figure; they are not a quote. Our notes on regulations and funding are general guidance, not legal or procurement advice.
Get in touch
Email support@grubleads.com. If you want the details you sent deleted, our privacy notice explains how.
Send us the brief for your toilet block
Three short steps: where the school is, what the block needs, and how to reach you. It takes about two minutes.
This is a free matching service, not a washroom contractor. We find one who covers your area and name them to you first. Nobody contacts you until you say yes.
Thanks, your enquiry is in.
- Within one working day we will email or call to tell you which washroom contractor covers your area.
- Your details reach that firm only if you say yes.
- They look at the site and give you a fixed price. No marketing from us, ever.
